If you already have an account with Hampford Trust Fund you do not need to complete a new application. Simply complete this instruction form and send it to us, or call us and we will take your instruction by telephone. We are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If you are applying for an account under a Power of Attorney you should complete this form and send it to us by post. Alternatively, if you are applying for an account under a Trust you should complete this form and send it to us by post. You cannot complete either of these online.

To open this account you must meet the following criteria (please tick all boxes that apply):

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be resident in the United Kingdom (Unless on a special instruction)
• You must be prepared to invest at least £1,000
• You must hold a current account in your name with another UK bank.
